Class Outline This workshop is suitable for beginners and to those seeking to explore new directions in their art making, using various print media resulting in unique prints rather than complete editions.
Explore mark making to extend the possibility of the plate, working intuitively under the guidance of professional artist, Rachael Lee. These classes are designed to give participants knowledge of introductory printmaking techniques: monotypes, stencils, drypoint, collagraph and embossing. This playful, intuitive method of printmaking will focus on working in a series to create small, one off, layered prints using nature as inspiration.
