Teresa Jordan studied printmaking most recently with Wim De Voss and Adele Outridge at Brisbane’s Studio West End and has also learned much from workshops presented by fellow Impress members, Jennifer Sanzaro-Nishimura and Carolyn McKenzie Craig.
Although now working mainly with collagraphs, Teresa worked extensively with screen-printing in the 1980s and 90s. As part of the Inkahoots poster collective she facilitated several community screen-printing and design projects.
Teresa is an experienced art teacher and has developed a wide range of approaches to art making. She regularly exhibits paintings and drawings in artist run spaces in Brisbane. Her work is represented in the collections of the Australian National Gallery, Queensland Art Gallery, Griffith University Art Collection and in private collections in Australia and the US.
