SECOND IMPRESSIONS

The second Impress members' exhibition will take place from 27 July to 2 August 2007 at the Circle Gallery, 274 Montague Rd, West End. The opening night will be on Friday 27 July, 6 to 8 pm. The exhibition will comprise works of art for sale by world-class local printmakers and will include examples of most printmaking processes.

EBB AND FLOW

An exhibition of prints and drawings exploring the varied nature of water and river life will open on Friday 7 September 2007 at the Circle Gallery, 274 Montague Rd, West End and continue to 12 September.

2007 Year of the Surf Lifesaver Exhibition

An exhibition of fine art prints initiated by Impress Printmakers Studio, celebrating the Year of the Surf Lifesaver and the centenary of Surf Life Saving in Australia. The exhibition has been developed in partnership with the Surf Life Saving Association and the artists from Warringah Printmakers Sydney, the Newcastle Print Workshop, Hunter Island Press Tasmania, The Printmakers Association of Western Australia and Impress Printmakers Studio Brisbane.

Opening

The Queensland tour of the exhibition will be officially opened by Mr John Brennan, Executive Manager, Surf Life Saving Queensland, on Wednesday 7 February, from 6pm to 9pm, at the Robyn Bauer Studio Gallery Paddington, Brisbane. (See below for the full Queensland exhibition tour timetable)
