This travelling international fine art print exhibition, that will exhibit in Brisbane and Dhaka.
Terms and Conditions of Entry
1. Must be an Impress or Kibri Member. 2. Undertake at least one task to help with show at Impress premise (unless you live outside greater Brisbane region) 3. Submit artwork as detailed below and pay $40 entry fee. 4. You will need to submit:
Two 2D print-based artwork on a maximum of least 210 gsm archival paper of dimensions minimum 10 x 10 cm up to 20 x30 cm
Maximum of three editions (one for sale);
Work must be unframed. (no mounting or frame);
Prints to be signed in pencil on right including year created, title in middle and edition number on left at bottom of print;
Edition can be variable to allow for monoprints;
Any broad interpretation of theme, Home, is acceptable;
Image can be any size on the paper, any print media,
The prints must not have been previously shown by Impress.
5. Also participants are to submit
A high resolution jpeg (300 dpi) of each artwork,
Your bank and contact details in case of sales
Print details (title, media, etc),
Artist statement (max. 150 words) and
A non-refundable entry fee of $40 applies to members of Impress Printmakers Studio & Gallery. Bangladesh Artists - Contact Fareha Zeba.
6. Entry Forms are due COB Tuesday 26 September, EST (Brisbane time). 7. Artwork must be delivered unframed to Impress Printmakers Studio and Gallery by 5 pm Tuesday 26 September. 8. Works sent by post must arrive the last business day of the week Friday 29 September 2017 to PO Box 355 Lutwyche 4030 9. Work should be unframed and appropriately packaged to prevent damage during transport and storage. 10. Artists will be responsible for the safe transport of work to and from Impress Printmakers Studio and Gallery, and will be responsible for their own insurance during the transit and exhibition period.
